What is the sizing like on the oversized tracksuits?

There is plenty of room to grow into sizes due to the oversized, relaxed design.

How long will it take for garments to arrive?

Orders take 7-10 working days to process and personalise, then 2-3 working days to be delivered via royal mail 2nd class.

What is the returns policy?

Any personalised goods are unable to be returned unless faulty, non personalised goods can be returned/exchanged within 14 days please see our returns policy page.

What are the care instructions for the garments?

Hats - Hand wash only

Clothing - 30c machine wash, low iron, no tumble dry.

For personalised items please note that due to the nature of the super soft material some fibres may stick to the chenille letter after washing, this can be easily removed wet or dry.
